Who processes the data

What data and why
From the booking form we process your first and last name, email, phone number, the description and placement of the tattoo, and optionally any reference images you upload. They serve a single purpose — letting us reply to your enquiry and arrange an appointment. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Where it goes
The enquiry is emailed to the artist you chose, with a copy to the studio address. A confirmation containing a copy of the form is also sent to the email address you provided. We pass the data to no one else, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for marketing messages.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in the mailbox for as long as scheduling takes, and at most two years beyond that, so we can pick the work up again if you want to continue. After that we delete them.
Your rights
You may ask us for access to your data, for its correction or erasure, for restriction of processing and for portability. Write to info@luminatetattoo.cz. If you believe we handle your data improperly, you can contact the Czech Data Protection Authority.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses no analytics or advertising cookies and does not track visitors. The embedded Google map is the only third party on the page, and it loads only once you scroll to it.
