Dark illustrative and abstract

Dark illustrative work with strong contrast. Done by Tereza.

Illustration translated into skin — portraits, figures and motifs with strong contrast and depth. Unlike microrealism, this is not about fidelity to a reference but about atmosphere: what is allowed to darken and what steps forward.

Who it suits

  • You want a larger area — an arm, a thigh, a back.
  • You like dark, illustrative or abstract motifs.
  • You are happy to give the artist room to interpret.

Worth knowing beforehand

This style needs space and usually more than one session. In return it lasts — large contrasted areas age better than small drawings. Abstract pieces often take shape during the consultation, so you are welcome to arrive with a mood rather than a finished reference.
